Ginger received her master's degree from the University Of Kansas. She then attended a post graduate program to become a Registered Play Therapist. Ginger employs various therapies according to each client's needs, including E.M.D.R. (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy.
For 15+ years, Ginger has worked closely in therapy with children individually, and their families. As a result, behaviors and family relationships are improved. Ginger specializes in children from pre-school age through the teenage years. Treatment issues include, Abuse (physical, sexual, and emotional), Adjustment, Adoption, Anger, Anxiety, Attachment, Attention Disorders, Parenting Skills, Post Traumatic Stress, Self-Esteem, Self -Harming Behaviors, Sibling Conflict, Social Skills Development, Stepfamiles, and Trauma.
Ginger has experience with diverse client populations. She is a member of The National Association of Social Workers, The Association for Play Therapy, and The International Association of Trauma Professionals.
